b/cited is provided as-is. We'll do our best to keep it running and your data safe; in return, please use it lawfully and don't try to break it.
Acceptable use
b/cited is intended for site owners and content teams on properties they have legitimate Search Console access to. Don't connect properties you don't own or aren't authorised to act on.
Billing
The Pro tier is billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Cancel any time from the customer portal linked in your dashboard. Refunds for the remainder of a paid period are at our discretion — email us and we'll do the reasonable thing.
Availability
We target high availability but offer no formal SLA. b/cited is hosted on Cloudflare's global edge; if Cloudflare is having a regional incident, so are we.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to b/cited is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
